Blackie is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and microchipped, ensuring his safety. Although he may be a bit wary of new people, he's making daily strides in overcoming his shyness and learning to trust. With a bright future ahead, this 12-pound bundle of love is currently undergoing rehabilitation and is looking forward to the day when he's ready to meet his forever family.
